You want to get more clients? You want to show Your new offer? MAKE IT LARGE. We will print out for you low price/high quality banners. It’s a great way to reach wider audience. Choose place, format and we will help you to match our system to your expectations.
Frist impression is most important, We can help you to design layout and prepare professional printout. We invite you to our print house. Check out our Print house.
In our offer you’ll find laminated or coated banners in all sizes. From 0,5m up to 100 m. Possible banner height varies from 0,5 m to 3m. Our workshop allows us to produce hundreds square yards of banners daily. We print in solvent technology and UV, in full CMYK color scale, what allows designing and printout of any choosed graphics. We also offer coated banners with 440g grammage or laminated banners with 510g grammage. Coated banners are more stronger despite lower base density. Laminated banners are made of a load-bearing mesh, laminated on both sides with PVC material but its structure is not so smooth making it less durable than coated ones. However, it is definitely cheaper solution. Coated banners are best for outdoor advertisement, they are elastic, resistant to thermal changes and very durable. Laminated banners are projected for indoor usage or short term outdoor.
Banners have dozens of applications. Often are displayed in rather random way. Our systems ensure their aesthetic exposition.
Waterproof, resistant for UV rays and large temperature differences. Thanks to fine mesh structure can endure more wind blows than traditional banners. On elevations, walls, railing –everywhere where you need light and durable material.
Color, one sided printouts on mesh base with grammage 270g we make in UV technology only. You can place orders for print in runs from 1 to 10 items. We can make higher amount of pieces according to individual calculation. Proposed most used dimensions are 1 x 1 m 2 x 1 m, 3 x 1 m. We can also adjust the size of the mesh to the client’s needs. It should have dimensions ranging from 0.5m to 50m in width and from 0.5m to 3m in height Prepared mesh printouts are finished with welds on edges and have eyelets every 20 inches. If you don’t need eyelets we can make an edge tunneling for you. This solution is best when ads are stretched on bars or long ropes.
Mesh base structure makes this material translucent so it often used for on housing, office or market building expositions. Mesh netting is also used for large-format advertisements because it is a very light material.
Solvent printing is a method of printing on an ink plotter, in which traditional water-based inks have been replaced by pigmented solvent inks based on organic solvents. The type of solvent printing depends on the amount of this solvent in the ink base. On this basis we can distinguish three types of prints:
Solvent printing is usually used in huge format prints and outdoor elements because of its many beneficial properties. It can be used for printing:
Key features of printing
UV print is an innovative technology of printing with use of polymer ink fixed by UV light, which makes print immediately dry and ready for use or further processing.

Advantages of UV technology
Advantages of 3D print are not obvious for everyone. You can say that most businessman looks on 3D printers like some sort of …toys. Let’s note this at the beginning – it is a wrong statement, because the implementation of additive technologies allows us to save huge amounts of money. Why? Mainly because in compartment to other plastic shaping methods 3 dimensional printing is relatively cheap when it comes to low-volume production. To visualize the savings in the production of a given element, let’s look at the printing costs in relation to the costs using the injection mold. The prices of modern injection molds start from couple thousand USD. This is the basic cost, and we have to add the cost of the injected material .
3D printing does not require ordering of an injection mold. The main cost is filament which prices are in range from several USD per spool. In addition to the costs that we incur when buying an injection mold, we must take into account leadtime of such an order. The waiting time for the mold creation by external companies is usually two or three weeks, while model printed with a 3D printer is usually ready in several hours. In both cases, we get a high-quality model and we have the option to choose a material with the properties most suitable for our purposes. Projects that require 3D printing of a model without visible division into layers can use technologies such as SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) and SLA (stereolitography- laser rasin hardening).
Building prototypes is not the only way to use 3D printers in FDM technology (Fused Deposiotion Modeling). Printers also offer the ability to independently create tools or solutions to facilitate and accelerate the company’s work. What can be example of such action? Personalized workspace of employee prepared for specialized works. You can also make spare parts for used equipment.
3D Print – on Zortrax M300 Plus printer
We print elements up to 300 x 300 x 300 mm.
Materials available for 3D printers
Zortrax M300 Plus printer is compatible with all materials available for M series printers. The improved extruder allows you to print with more demanding filaments, e.g. flex. Ecological filament, based on PLA, made of biodegradable plastic. It has been reinforced with gypsum to obtain a smoother and more detailed surface.
Z-HIPS Material for printing models with a smooth, semi-matt surface that’s easy to processed.
Z-GLASS Translucent filament ideal for printing light transmissive models. Z-GLASS is scratch and chemical resistant.
Z-ULTRAT– material based on ABS, it provides extraordinary resistance to impact and temperature, and also guarantees an excellent surface quality.

Graphic design and pitures
For each window wrapping order we prepare a photo visualization. Each visualization – graphic design is presented and consulted with client before executing the order. On the project, we can place inscriptions informing about products or services, company logo, as well as our own photos or high-quality photos from photo banks we propose.
The foil is sticked on the inside, thanks to this it is protected with a glass, which prevents damage (it is protected, for example, against graffiti). We’re getting the gloss effect of the graphics because the sun reflects off the glass. We use this technique in places where advertising is exposed to acts of vandalism. It is also a good solution for sites with difficult access from the outside, e.g. very high locations.
Depending on the prepared project – we can seal the entire site or part of it.
One way vision foil is perforated (specially perforated – mesh), designed for glass, it has small holes evenly spaced. After printing and pasting on the display window, room or vehicle glass, the effect of a Venetian mirror is created, which gives the effect of semi-permeability.
Unfortunately, this effect does not occur when the inside is brighter than the outside. This is clearly visible on winter days. Recommended for short-term exhibitions, in places where visibility from the inside must be maintained.
